We have sponsored 20 computer systems and a projector to the Govt Women's College of Arts and Science Karimangalam and successfully completed the Tally Prime ERP accounting software Job oriented training to the 40 students in Feb-Mar-2024. From this academic year the training can be extended to the Computer coding programs.
Nellikani Friends Trust partnered with Bumble Bee Trust Chennai to implement their online App KALVI 40, which is providing a new digital learning experience to the students in Tamil Nadu rural schools.
Kalvi 40 digitalized the 3rd to 8th standard syllabus (all 5 subjects) and provides audio and video format of the TN state Government syllabus covering around 12k+ videos.
We sponsor the smart TVs to those rural and remotely located schools and our team will implement & train the teachers on the Kalvi 40 App teaching methodology. In Dharmapuri district we have implemented to 70+ schools this academic year 2023-24.
Upgraded the computer room with required electrical fittings, wall painting and new desks to the school computer lab.

We organised a meeting, addressed by Mr. Raja Shanmuganathan, Ex CEO, Mindtree Foundation, Bangalore to the girl students. The topic was Job opportunities and challenges for Women from rural area.
A one day workshop was organised by Ms.Ramya Soundarajan, Azim Premji University, Bangalore.
A brainstorm session conducted with the teaching faculties and with girl students to enhance the English language speaking skills. The actual 3 months program will be scheduled from Jan 2023.
